I've been wearing it for 10 days and found it was definitely rain repellent and large enough to layer under it as it was chilly on our trip. My only regret is it badly needs some upper pockets. If traveling and carrying a lot of items when walking small upper pockets would be useful.

I was hesitant at first about purchasing because of some of the reviews on here but it worked GREAT. Only complaint is the cap. It fits a little large but it has some adjustable on the side of it to make it tighter. Other then this PERFECT.!!!! I recommended it.

②If the return is due the consumer, for instance, the product is as expected, but you changed your mind; choose the size without referring to the size chart of product, resulting in too large or too small, then you are responsible for the shipping fee from returns. The specific fee is based on the shipping company you choose.

③If the product received are damaged or not correct, then the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee, and no restocking fee will charged to the consumer for the return.
